“Don’t Just Insure It… Evergreen it!”
When Evergreen Insurance was acquired by The Reschini Group, the decision was to keep the established name but update the brand to reflect the deep and broad expertise provided by Evergreen. A new brand image, reflective of the The Reschini Group “R” brand, but unique to Evergreen and fresh in design was established. The tagline was developed to communicate that Evergreen goes beyond insuring property, people, or projects due to its expertise in particular markets and specialty insurance and bonds.
The “Evergreen it!” stamp was developed as a motion graphic for use online to reinforce the brand.

Sales Support
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Set up, customization, administration, and onboarding to the new CRM system meant development of a customized training primer and individualized training. This included the particular rules for use (including functionality NOT to use due to privacy issues established by the risk department) as well as establishing the tracking and goals to be used in sales management meetings. The CRM managed and scored leads for sales and revenue projections.
Email Marketing – Newsletter and Sales Library
Using content created from interviews with staff subject matter experts and provided through third-party industry providers, an email marketing campaign was set up to support direct sales efforts.
Newsletter – a regular newsletter to customers as a value-add provided content to help risk managers with their jobs and reinforced the expertise of the company.
Sales Library – a library of content set up in a CRM system in email template form was available to all sales staff to use with prospects based on the sales conversation.
Social Media Content Marketing
Working with the sales and executive staff, a complete content planning calendar was developed to insure brand attributes, key customer benefits, and product information was delivered through an integrated campaing including, web, social, email, and sales materials.
